My Process

Matt makes two distinct lines of functional pottery. A clean and classy white speckle stoneware and a more rugged and wild line made from local Bucks County clay and fired in our wood kiln.

My Inspiration

Matt is inspired by old world pottery and looks to use as many local materials as possible in creating pots with a great story. Matt finds inspiration in the natural world around him and traditional wood fired glazes.

Fun Facts

Matt's wood fired pots are made from a local wild clay mix, which comes mostly from creek behind our home in Perkasie, PA.
