The festival will feature 3-4 vendors on Hamilton Street between State & Court Streets in addition to our many local restaurants. High top tables will be placed on the opposite side of the road to encourage dining. Vendors will be promoted on our website, map, print and digital guide, and social media platforms.
The Doylestown Arts Festival is a juried event. Each vendor application is reviewed by a volunteer committee. Applications must be submitted by the application deadline to be considered for admission. There is no jury fee for food vendors. Applicants will be informed of their application status typically within 3 weeks of the application closing.
We accept 10x10 tent and food truck setups. Food trucks are provided a flat rate space as long as the truck is under 24' long.
Booth Details
We provide an empty, marked space for you to setup as needed. We encourage tents for protection from the sun, heat, and any other weather. All tents must be weighed down. There are no rules on tent/truck color or style, so long as your setup fits within your allotted space.
Setup Rules
Displays must not block sidewalks and all tables must be covered to the ground with packing materials neatly out of sight. Vendors are expected to provide their own health permits, insurance, power, and water. Generators are allowed but must be safely stored, quiet, and energy efficient.
Expectations of Conduct
We expect all of our vendors to be kindand courteous to each other, attendees, and our volunteers. Vendors are not permited to walk the streets with products or samples. Any disputes between vendors should be brought to the attention of a volunteer so it can be resolved quickly and fairly. Failure to observe these basic requests is grounds for removal and disqualification from current and future shows.
Weather Policy
Our festival goes on, rain or shine! In the rare and unfortunate case of extreme weather we would cancel the affected day(s). We are not able to have a rain date due to the location and permits of our festival.
Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable. This includes booth fees, application fees, reservations and add-ons, even in the unlikely case of a show cancellation.
