Vibrant oil paintings of various animals and characters on wooden panels.
My inspiration is actually other artists. Seeing other paintings that I love is what drives me to create something of my own. The paintings I'm drawn to most are the ones where I can't quite figure out how the artist made certain marks.
Almost all of my paintings are on wood panels rather than canvas. The smaller sized paintings that I make become more vibrant on a smooth wood surface as there is no weave, like on canvas, that can cause unwanted reflections.
