My process begins with raw metal and natural gemstones, transformed through traditional metalsmithing. I cut, shape, solder, and finish each piece by hand, incorporating stones through setting or beadwork. All work is created start to finish in my studio.
Drawing inspiration from organic forms, natural textures, and quiet spiritual influences, my work explores the connection between material and adornment. I design with sensitivity to weight and scale, creating pieces that balance expression with comfort for everyday wear.
One of the first pieces I made was in 4th grade—earrings from scorpion-shaped creepy crawlers. I still enjoy offbeat design, and that spirit lives on in pieces like my bat necklaces, which have become some of my most popular.
