My Process

I don’t limit myself to one style or medium - I like to create digital art, and also work in acrylic, watercolor and mixed media. Most of my work starts as pencil sketches and then grows from there. The next step is often taking photos, or using existing photos (mine or my dad’s) from nature and/or vacations we have taken.

My Inspiration

I am inspired by so many things – travel, nature, and design styles of the past like art deco and mid century modern.

Fun Facts

My love of travel posters is evident in the collection displayed at my home. I love the bold graphic interpretations of cities/landscapes and that they also serve as a reminder of family vacations. Right now I am creating a series of cityscapes and skylines with a modern twist.
