My Process

I don’t limit myself to one style or medium - I like to create digital art, and also work in acrylic, watercolor and mixed media. Most of my work starts as pencil sketches. The next step is often taking photos, or using existing photos (mine or my dad’s) from nature and/or vacations we have taken.

My Inspiration

I am inspired by so many things – travel, nature, and design styles of the past like art deco and mid century modern.

Fun Facts

To get reference photos for my cityscape art, I often go out at sunrise to take photos so there are not as many people and vehicles in the photos.
