My Process

I create colorful and functional wheel-thrown homewares: mugs, tumblers/wine cups, dishes, etc. All pieces start as a ball of clay that is shaped on the potter's wheel, trimmed and carved, then finished with a vibrant combination of glazes and underglazes. I create with not only visual appeal in mind, but also with an emphasis on functionality, as I want my pieces to bring a daily dose of joy to the user.

My Inspiration

I am inspired most by bright color schemes, clean lines, and geometric design.

I'm somewhat of a newcomer to pottery -- I started throwing in February of 2021!
