Cooper Tyksinski
My work is mostly landscapes and architecture. I try to capture images that are familiar but in ways that many people do not see them. I want people to take a closer look and see the world around them in a way that slows them down and helps them view it in a new way.
Recently my inspiration has been my son Cooper. He started shooting with me when he was six and has followed that shared skill through his young life and chose to pursue photograph as a collage major and career path. He has been pushing me to pick up my camera and gat back involved in my passion.
The first image I ever sold was not supposed to be a marketable image , it was actually a picture of my twin sons Aidan and Caleb in front of the County theater in a snow storm. It was not a very good picture of the two of them , they are almost completely lost in the image.
