I make bowls, keepsake boxes and candle holders using wood and epoxy resin. All items are one of a kind and designed by me and then handcrafted by me using a wood lathe. Bowls are all finished with food safe natural oils. Items with epoxy resin are brilliantly colored.
My inspiration comes from any shape, pattern or texture that I feel can be converted to a piece turned on my lathe using various species of wood and brilliant color(s) of resin to create a one of a kind piece of art.
I am a lifetime woodworker that finally bought a lathe. I am self taught by watching a LOT of YouTube woodturning videos and became inspired by several incredible woodturners. I thought to myself - hey, I can do that!
