I am a watercolor artist. My style is primarily representational architectural watercolor paintings with an emphasis on light, shadows and color.
My passion is painting old buildings and streetscapes of small towns and urban areas. I’m driven to paint old buildings because they have history and emotion, and it gives me a sense of preserving them in some small way.
I often work on 3 or 4 paintings at the same time, rotating between them so I get a fresh perspective each time I come back to one.
