The process of floral preservation involves many unique and tedious steps: growing 75% of the flowers, pressing, drying and preserving with various flower pressing methods. Sourcing the glassware, designing the in lays of the flowers for each dish, sealing them in resin 36 hr dry time between coats.
Beyond the Wildflowers, floral preservation studio strives to create timeless and functional works of art inspired by nature and the diversity of antiques. Kirsten, owner & founder finds herself inspired by life on the farm, beauty of nature, and the history of each piece of glassware she sources.
