My work is created from donated and found paper materials like magazines and books. I cut, tear and weave the paper and glue pieces down in fun compositions to create detailed collages. Most of my work can be described as surreal but also includes abstracts, flora/fauna, portraits and landscapes.
People inspire me. Bringing joy to my collectors when I create custom collages for them. I LOVE being inspired by their character as I create. Capturing their spirit in my special way gives life to my collages. Anyone viewing my work for years, discovering new details all the time gives me life.
It's always evolving. Last year, I created a series of minis for the festival that varied in style (landscapes, abstracts, surreal). I have some large scale surprises planned for this year.
