Process

I paint using the alla prima method of oil painting; mainly in my home studio. I will occasionally paint en plein air out and about in Bucks County. I will sometimes use a clay tool for adding texture to the painting. All my paintings are varnished once dry.

Inspiration

I find inspiration for my paintings in my everyday life. I will often snap reference photos on my work commute, on a walk in the park, or of amazing clouds and sunsets I see out while running errands. I like to capture simple moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Fun Facts

I have just recently surpassed my goal of painting 500 oil paintings since I began my fine art journey! (I will of course keep painting- but no longer keep track of how many)
