As a tattooer by trade, I'm often inspired by the flow and direction of watery ink. My work features splatters and free formed splotches as well as lettering and fantastical elements that blend seamlessly into whimsical portraiture and figures. I like to combine my passions when I work!
I'm inspired by folklore and fantasy. My work is rooted deeply in mythological creatures and fantastical worlds. Even if my piece is a portrait, I find subjects and ways to add whimsy to the world I'm building.
Most, if not all of my works feature tattoo ink in the process! I like to take a little piece of what I do in my "day job" with me while I create my worlds on canvas!
